Mindfulness Meditation Has to Be integrated With Positive Thinking To Prevent Insanity

Meditation with focus on breathing from the inside is very good for focus , concentration, increasing intelligence, earning money , fighting wars with detachment and getting better marks in exams also . While these practices can lead to exceptional benefits, such as improved focus, intelligence, creativity, and overall health, balancing mindfulness with positive thinking is essential to ensure ethical, emotional, and mental well-being.

All human practices  have positive and negative effects . Mindfulness meditation is researched to be useful In 83 percent cases and creating insanity in 17 percent cases .

To prevent insanity arising from mindfulness meditation, training in positive thinking , understanding the keys of law of attraction, controlling dips in conscience and finding ways to cope with inefficiency peacefully are necessary to survive with happiness in a result driven society .

Key Points of the Benefits of Meditation:

1. Mindfulness Meditation Benefits

Enhances focus and concentration.

Increases intelligence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Helps in achieving detachment, leading to calm decision-making, such as in high-stress situations like war, exams, or business.

Supports recovery from sickness, prevents disease, and promotes optimism.

2. The Need for Positive Thinking

Focus and detachment, without ethical grounding, can be misdirected (e.g., becoming an assassin or acting without conscience).

Positive thinking provides moral clarity and helps raise conscience awareness alongside mindfulness.

3. The Risk of Negative Effects

Studies and reports have shown that 17% of cases experience adverse effects like emotional detachment, identity confusion, or even psychosis, primarily when mindfulness is practiced without emotional integration or positive intent.

Conversely, 83% of practitioners experience significant health, mental, and creative benefits.

Solutions to Safeguard Mindfulness Practice:

1. Pair Mindfulness with Positive Thinking and Ethical Reflection:

Introduce affirmations or visualizations of positivity after meditation sessions.

Reflect on compassion, gratitude, and moral integrity during and after focused breathing practices.

2. Guided Mindfulness with Purpose:

Integrate practices like Metta Bhavana (Loving-kindness meditation) to complement Vipassana.

Encourage self-reflection on using the newly acquired focus for the greater good.

3. Education and Awareness:

Explain the risks of practicing mindfulness without emotional or moral integration.

Highlight that meditation is not about escapism but conscious awareness and constructive action.

4. Balanced Practices:

Combine mindfulness with cognitive tools such as positive mindset training, NLP affirmations, and moral contemplation.

Balance mindfulness (detachment) with active, compassionate engagement with the world.

By integrating positive thinking and mindfulness, we move beyond focus and detachment to awaken higher conscience awareness. This holistic approach ensures that meditation not only transforms individuals but contributes positively to society as a whole.

However, all mindfulness meditation practice like Vipassana has to be followed up with positive thinking as it’s as easy to become an assassin with learning focus and detachment .

Positive thinking along with mindfulness meditation raises conscience awareness whereas just mindfulness meditation has been reported to create insanity affects like development of psychosis, depression , anxiety or addictions  also in 17 percent of cases ;though 83 percent cases have shown marked improvements in health , recovery from sickness, prevention of disease , creativity and optimism .

How to Ensure Success Leads to Happiness More Than Stress

Emotional Management philosophy integrates the balance required for a fulfilling and meaningful life. The distinction between pursuing happiness and merely chasing success highlights a profound truth: success without inner fulfillment can feel hollow, while true happiness leads to a form of success that resonates with one’s soul and values.

Key elements:

1. Happiness as the Main Goal: When happiness is the primary aim, success becomes a byproduct of inner alignment. This approach ensures that achievements contribute to, rather than detract from, one’s peace and well-being.

2. Incremental Inner Growth: Success that aligns with happiness involves a gradual process where each milestone enhances inner satisfaction and peace. Rushing towards success through “inner wars” or constant self-struggle may bring short-term achievements but often leads to burnout and dissatisfaction.

3. The Role of Balance: The proposed emotional balance—40% happiness, 30% neutrality, and 30% struggle or negativity—emphasizes the cyclical and dual nature of human experience. Happiness and sadness, positivity and negativity, are complementary forces that provide depth and meaning to life.

4. The Necessity of Negative Currents: Just as day and night form a natural rhythm, a certain level of struggle or negativity is necessary for growth and appreciation of happiness. The key is to limit negativity to a manageable proportion, preventing it from overwhelming or derailing life’s harmony.

5. Slower Yet Sustainable Success: The notion that achieving happiness-driven success takes more time but offers lasting inner peace is profound. It contrasts sharply with the prevalent mindset of achieving rapid success at the expense of mental or emotional well-being.

This philosophy aligns well with mindful living, which encourages being present, finding joy in the process, and understanding that challenges are integral to growth.

Past life work helps to find the path to ensure success leads to happiness.

The War Between Negative & Positive Energies

There has been an eternal debate between the

negative and positive energies which combine

on Earth to create life in physical form. The

debate has overtime turned into a battle of life-

force vs. death force, creative vs. destructive

energies. This book is being written to defeat

the forces of darkness, destruction and

sadness, which seek to crush the spirit of being

alive and happy by resisting change in the

existing monotonous structures.

The WAR BETWEEN THE DARK FORCES

AND THE FORCES OF LIGHT IS OF

ENERGIES AND WORDS - There are no

weapons used except manipulation of energies

through words and transfer of thoughts

underlined with negative feelings from one

being to another.

The energies of the darkness resist growth of

human mind in creative forms. In their zeal to

succeed mechanically, they vehemently protect

the way of life which already exists. Hence, they

crush anything which seeks to rebel from that

which IS so that the seed of change is crushed before if blooms and brings about change for positivity.

Past life therapy offers a solution that is peaceful for all.

Moving From Negative To Positive Through A Soul Healing Past Life Session

Effect of soul healing past life regression on the human mind - moving from a negative state to a positive state of mind with energy healing therapy .

The Effect of Soul Healing and Past Life Regression on the Human Mind

Soul healing and past life regression, often combined with energy healing therapy, can profoundly impact the human mind and emotional well-being. The shift from a negative state to a positive state is facilitated by uncovering, understanding, and healing deep-seated emotional wounds, beliefs, or traumas often buried in the subconscious. Here’s a detailed overview of its effects:

1. Understanding Negative States of Mind

Root Causes: Negative mental states like anxiety, fear, anger, or self-doubt may stem from:

Past traumatic experiences in this life.

Unresolved patterns believed to originate from past lives (according to certain spiritual perspectives).

Energy blockages disrupting the body’s flow of vitality.

Symptoms: Persistent mental and emotional struggles, irrational fears, or an inability to move forward in life.

2. Mechanism of Past Life Regression Therapy

This therapeutic method involves:

Guided Hypnosis: Leading the individual into a relaxed, meditative state to access the subconscious mind.

Exploration: Recalling past-life events or deeply buried memories.

Understanding Patterns: Identifying recurring themes or unresolved traumas influencing current behaviors.

Release and Healing: Emotional catharsis, forgiveness, and letting go of limiting beliefs.

3. Transition from Negative to Positive State

Soul healing with regression and energy therapy fosters a transformative process:

a. Awareness of Patterns

The therapy sheds light on hidden emotions or recurring patterns, creating awareness and breaking cycles of negativity.

Example: A fear of abandonment in the present might be traced to a past-life loss.

b. Emotional Release

Reliving and confronting traumatic events allows for emotional release, reducing psychological burdens like guilt, grief, or resentment.

c. Forgiveness and Closure

Techniques focus on forgiving oneself and others, promoting peace and a sense of closure.

d. Restoration of Energy Flow

Energy healing techniques like Reiki, chakra balancing, or sound therapy are used to clear blockages and harmonize the body’s energy centers, uplifting the mind.

e. Shifting Perspectives

By addressing soul-level wounds, individuals gain a broader perspective, embracing positivity, gratitude, and hope.

4. Benefits on the Human Mind

Improved Emotional Resilience: Overcoming emotional blockages leads to increased mental clarity and strength.

Peace and Tranquility: The mind shifts from chaos to calm, reducing stress and anxiety.

Enhanced Self-Worth: Letting go of limiting beliefs boosts confidence and self-acceptance.

Alignment with Purpose: Healing helps individuals reconnect with their life purpose, instilling optimism.

Healthy Relationships: Resolved inner conflicts lead to healthier interactions with others.

5. Energy Healing’s Role in the Transition

Energy healing therapies amplify the effects of past life regression by:

Balancing Chakras: Restoring harmony to energy centers like the heart (for love) and third-eye (for intuition).

Raising Vibrations: Infusing the mind with positive, high-frequency energy that replaces negativity.

Promoting Grounding: Anchoring the individual in the present moment, enabling lasting peace.

6. Long-Term Effects

Reprogrammed Subconscious: New, positive beliefs replace old, destructive ones.

Heightened Intuition: Individuals may feel more attuned to their inner guidance and life’s synchronicities.

Freedom from Fear: Dissolving past trauma diminishes fear, enabling a more joyful existence.

Conclusion

Soul healing, past life regression, and energy healing therapy work synergistically to guide individuals from darkness to light. These therapies address not only the mind but the soul’s imprints, leading to a profound transformation characterized by positivity, peace, and spiritual growth.
