Energy healing through past life
regression therapy and spirit release therapy help significantly in healing the
soul and empowering us from within.
Past life therapy or spirit release may
or may not have an immediate impact on healing but our soul vibrations become more
positive. Sometimes, miracle healing does occur in cases where karmic
debt is over and the soul is ready to forgive itself and move on to being happy
and healthy. People get cured of spondylitis, arthritis, asthma, diabetes,
hormonal disorders, menstrual problems, infertility issues, relationship
traumas etc. Energy healing also helps in divorce cases by reducing the
harassment or alimony demanded. Even if miracle healing or catharsis do
not happen, the soul’s vibrations evolve as it understands its past mistakes
and releases traumatic energy stored in the subconscious mind.
When our soul vibrations are positive,
we feel happiness at a subconscious level. Hence, we need to choose to address
the negative feelings from the core energy focus. It becomes imperative to
address the root cause which created our negative traditional beliefs about how
life should be. Unless the root cause is subconsciously, understood and healed,
the problem may keep recurring at the external level of feelings, and creating
stress.
Just as we go to a doctor to heal
physical sickness and take precautions, we need to go to therapists or use
meditation to heal our mind from a negative energy focus. The
negative emotional focus is as much a sickness for the soul as a physical
disease is for the body. The mental wound needs to be cleansed and healed.
Suppressing the hurt, fear or anger is
like leaving a physical wound unattended. Our soul energy remains wounded. The
memory of the negative incident keeps hurting us. Each time, we recall it, we
release negative hormones in our body. We need to stop focusing on past
negatives be it through self-therapy or going to a practitioner who can help us
release the negative energy, from the source of its origin.
In the course of healing ourselves from
indulging in negative thoughts, we need to develop flexibility in our own mind.
We need to keep asking ourselves – ‘What can I do to feel positive here?’ We
need to be aware of sudden solutions which flash across our mind. We also need
to take action and exercise the solution given by our intuition even if the
exercise appears meaningless in the beginning. Just a change in thinking to
redefining happiness, is sometimes all that is needed to be happy and healthy.
Taking action follows a change in thinking.
If we can do something about not feeling
negative, we have to choose to act upon it; rather than procrastinating. We
have to make efforts to get out of addictive over-eating habits, laziness,
inertia, following rituals in fear of tradition or perpetuating fear of the
unknown. Staying in a negative situation because of fear of failure in a new
trial is like not wanting to exercise to let go of fat.
We also need to be aware that we may be focusing on staying unhappy because of fear of happiness. The fear of happiness leaving us, may be greater than happiness coming in because of past broken expectations, but we have to overcome our own negativity and reach out to take action.
