Your memory is alive but it’s not physical. There is no evidence that it depicts reality and anyone can say it’s false as it’s non physical in existence . False memories can also exist from past lifetimes that may appear real in the present life somatically. Memory as acdessed in a past life has no evidence except that it has real traumatic feelings involved , it appears to come from nowhere tangible but appears real (and it can be verified on google if you have been a historic celebrity , as several people have verified)

 Meditation with focus on breathing from the inside is very good for focus , concentration, increasing intelligence, earning money , fighting wars with detachment and getting better marks in exams also . While these practices can lead to exceptional benefits, such as improved focus, intelligence, creativity, and overall health, balancing mindfulness with positive thinking is essential to ensure ethical, emotional, and mental well-being.

All human practices  have positive and negative effects . Mindfulness meditation is researched to be useful In 83 percent cases and creating insanity in 17 percent cases .
