Neuroscience is the science of the chemicals released in neurological pathways , the study of the brain and how each thought or action taken by the individual impacts the release of neurotransmitter which influence health, happiness, motivation and choices of the person , especially the impulsive choices that happen in nano seconds .
While most work in neuroscience has been done in the area of the physiology of the brain and on rehabilitation of functions after injury , much more work is required for preventing of disease in the ‘ normal’ human being than treatment of disease in the “sick “
Neuroscience studies the brain . The brain is responsible for sudden brain strokes and cardiac arrests which have become one of the leading causes of death in the present years .
The brain is the conscious, calculative mind which interferes with the peaceful , loving functions of the heart . The brain thinks in numbers and each emotion releases a number of frequencies with every vibration felt by the human being . If the number goes very high , like too much electricity going in a bulb, the body bursts as the bulb bursts .
The number of electric units released by the brain has to be reduced to a manageable frequency . For example, to prevent a racing heart ( if detected ), heart surgeons give vitamin e capsules to reduce the functioning of the heart from above 100 percent to around 80 percent as above hundred percent heart beats can kill a person by cardiac arrest. Hence, it is strongly advised to keep stress low as high stress creates more cortisol hormone which can suddenly create a heart attack .
If you heal the heart, the next target of stress is the brain . You have to be careful that more happy hormones such as dopamine, oxytocin,endorphins and serotonin are released in the brain than stress hormones like cortisol .
The key of controlling stress is to be aware of the average number of emotions in the body that are positive which is very easy to find eg. if you are trying to be happy and positive within yourself and not just for show , you will
Automatically feel calmer and you will know that your internal dominant focus is on positivity than on stress but if you are trying to be positive but there is anger, tension and stress, it means your internal
Dominant focus is on negativity and you need to force yourself to detach and then move into positivity as this is a step by step process .

Incidentally, in the next upcoming article by Swati Rao Shiv , statistical research has proved that while positivity increases happiness by 51 percent per unit increase , mindfulness impacts happiness by 19 percent per unit ,increases in income has a minor affect of increasing happiness by 17 percent per unit at all levels of income- low, medium, high . More research needs to be done to help human beings connect their thinking to emotions to Neuro chemicals and change thinking to create more positive Neuro impulses and hormones in the body as it increases happiness and longevity by 50 percent .
