From Each According To His Ability, To Each According To His Needs

In today’s world, survival has become the main focus of existence —whether rich or poor. Most choices people make are about survival, not about living for a higher cause or a better quality of existence. The focus remains on self and family, with little realization of the individual’s impact on mass consciousness.

https://journalofappliedbioanalysis.com/well-being-is-more-affected-by-internal-dominant-focus-on-positivity-&-mindfulness-than-changes-in-income-a-statistical-analysis

Blind competition dominates, but the outcome is clear: stress-related diseases are on the rise, compassion is dismissed as illusory, and collapse can happen in seconds. Luxury is no longer about joy; it has been reduced to another weapon in the competitive race.

Life Beyond Survival

Life is not only about working endlessly while ignoring the issues that truly matter—stress, abuse, domestic violence, emotional exhaustion. Life is about breathing easily, looking at nature, and experiencing pure calmness woth inner contentment . There is no ending of running until people realize that it’s not working . You can never relax and enjoy happiness while running .

Parallel economy grows and smuggling , drugs trade , organs trade , porn trade becomes a necessity for those who choose to survive with huge amounts of money but live in extreme bitterness, domestic violence and inner stress. They have no idea that they can get more happiness if they put effort on creativity ,positivity and mindfulness . The rise is slower but it’s more evolved . Calmness is the mark of soul evolution not success . Success is the tool for calmness which may reduce success but will increase with inner happiness .

Several people working on positivity and mindfulness will create a world that is happier to live in not just technologically advanced . The rise of the current comedy profession is an indication that people desire laughter therapy over stressful activities .

This brings us back to Karl Marx. In his Critique of the Gotha Programme (1875), he gave us one of the most powerful visions:

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

This is not about being communist. I am not a communist—I believe in art, music, healing, positivity, and creativity. But this principle can help us solve problems of survival that economics has ignored for too long.

Research shows that the rich often face more stress and life threats than the poor. Every person is running for survival instead of being calm enough to enjoy love, care, or happiness. One moment of happiness leads to years of loan repayments because the system is tied to money, not human flourishing. Negative consciousness breeds wars and terrorism.

Competition and the Marginal Utility of Positivity

Economists often speak of the marginal utility curve, where benefits increase to a point and then decline. Competition works the same way: initially, it fuels motivation, but after a peak, it creates more harm than good. Today, competition has crossed into its negative side—leading to stress, disease, and collapse.

(This curve shows that positivity rises with moderate competition but declines sharply once competition exceeds balance.)

Why This Matters Today

Back in 1994, while studying economic systems, it was taught that capitalism, once it reaches its peak, collapses under its own contradictions. What follows is not primitive communism, but a communitive communism—a shared system of resources and responsibilities.

Today we see early signs of this transition. Governments and communities are stepping in where individuals cannot cope:

  • Education & Nutrition Expenses
  • Elderly and old-age assistance
  • Single women raising children with jobs
  • Animal Welfare and rehabilitation
  • Rising medical expenses and doctor visits

These are collective problems, not individual ones. And collective solutions are needed. Economics must expand beyond money, integrating energy, frequencies, and resonance into how we understand distribution.

Moving Beyond the Worship of Money

When money is worshipped above all else, human values fade. The soul-nourishing aspects of life—music, art, dance, writing, health, and creativity—are pushed aside.

Instead, society must shift towards:

  • Work-life balance as priority
  • Creativity and health valued alongside productivity
  • Individual desires and well-being supported
  • Community care replacing isolation

Action without reflection is futile. People invest years in chasing outcomes (a car, a marriage, a house), only to realize they don’t solve loneliness or stress. Investments must be guided by resonance—matching real needs to desires—rather than fast-track consumption.

The Future of Economy and Human Flourishing

The future is not about endless competition but about cooperation and balance. Every person has unique abilities, and society thrives when those are shared. In return, each individual deserves support to live with dignity and joy.

That is the essence of Marx’s vision—and it can be reinterpreted today as a call to move from survival to true living.

🌍 A world where each contributes according to ability, and each receives according to need, will be a world where we finally breathe easily again.

Financial Freedom of Men Requires Financial Success of Women

Thoughts carry energy. The person you keep thinking of takes all your life force energy .

If you keep thinking of your lover, your energy goes to him or her ,with or without his awareness . He often becomes much more successful than you are or more happy, glowing and publicly acclaimed as he is investing on himself .

Usually women traditionally are groomed to get married and service families in adulthood . However, suffering is of men also equally though in  metaphysical manner .

Women feel that they give all their energy to their husbands or lovers and remain unsuccessful themselves in the hope that the man will pay up . But in today world, where equality is the norm, men want women to contribute to finances of the family and do not want to give money to the woman he marries.

As the woman gets drained out with unpaid housework and thinks more of him to rescue her , he becomes more distant . He may become more successful or popular . An inability to meet her expectations can make him lose interest in her . She may lose interest also as she is drained of energy .

Now, if she is not earning , and there are children , he has to pay her money which he did not earlier .

Money is usually paid with abuse psychically and the woman feels harassed with the money coming in without any love or respect as if she is worthless and cannot even earn for her children . The poverty of single women is the largest on the world ( World

If men desire financial freedom, the woman has to be encouraged to earn from the beginning and not expect to work only for love not for money . As love and money are like food and water . Each marriage partner will need both .

Homemakers should be given jobs whenever they can break free without counting gap years . If they have to stay at home and torn , domestic help should be invested on and work from home should be available so that the man does not have to pay her for herself and her needs for the children . Where they disagree , man has an easier chance of escape than the woman if there are children .

Men are willing to pay for their kids but not the mother . They expectthe mother to survive somehow and complain that she does not even earn for herself .

Women often cannot get salaries as high as men in a male chauvinistic world but they carry a larger responsibility of keeping kids happy while the man is expected to meet the financial demands of having kids.

It has been researched that the mother’s happiness is the most important contributor to the child being happy . Happiness requires gratitude, mindfulness and positive thinking training . However, training on how to be positive is not given from childhood . In fact , children are trained to work for marked or money in schools and not for free .

Unpaid , unhappy women become unhappy mothers and raise unhappy children who become unhappy adults that invest on  wars, terrorism, domestic violence , poverty .

As men are equally harassed by needs of women , they have no idea how to share their income without abuse . Domestic abuse has to be minimised for peace . This leads to war mindsets where they try to unleash their frustration on the mass than on one as they feel unable to handle the emotional battles .

Training to manage emotions needs to be given from childhood not miraculously expected in adulthood .

Till energy is focused on financial independence and financial success of women , men can continue to  feel slaughtered as they have to pay the woman .

The first step can start with the Woman focusing on their career from childhood than on the hope that a man will provide and giving all their thoughts to romance . This dependence causes misery in marriage when the money does not come in her hands while the man is shocked at the financial needs of the marriage partner .

The pews of one sided slavery either ways does not work . Each has to bloom financially with emotional bonding to complement success .

Focus on financial success of self by women is the beginning of financial freedom for men

The Global Reality

The poverty of single women is one of the highest in the world. World Bank data reveals the stark imbalance

Here lies the trap:

As a woman thinks more about him—emotionally and energetically—he gains strength and momentum. She, meanwhile, becomes drained, and often ends up discarded when her vitality runs low.

If children are involved and she isn’t earning, he may still have to pay her—through legal obligations. But that money often arrives wrapped in resentment, criticism, or abuse, making her feel worthless.

Overtime, the companionship can get boring or dissatisfying and each may crave for independence more than dependence . However, since the woman is dependent on finances or the man is dependent on finances , the togetherness cannot be broken in public unless one is ready to lose money , reputation , security and let go .

The Pros and Cons of Childbirth

Bringing a child into the world is one of the most profound experiences in life. It changes you in ways you can’t always anticipate—bringing moments of unparalleled joy as well as challenges that test your patience, relationships, and resilience.

Pros

  • A new depth of meaning: A child adds meaningfulness to life, giving you a sense of purpose beyond yourself.
  • Awakening compassion: Parenthood awakens affection and human compassion in you, opening your heart in unexpected ways.
  • Redefining love: A child redefines love as emotional attachment which is non-sexual and non-competitive.
  • Unmatched joy: The joy a child brings is unlike anything you have ever experienced before.
  • Reconnecting with your roots: Caring for a child often helps you reconnect with your own parents, fostering deeper appreciation for their role in your life.

Cons

  • Sleepless nights: Expect nights spent feeding the baby, washing, changing diapers, and helping the baby sleep.
  • Financial strain: You may encounter financial problems as you have never experienced before.
  • Relationship pressure: Parenthood can put strain on your relationship with your spouse due to disagreements over upbringing expectations.
  • Emotional conflict: Anxiety and resentment can arise “whether you leave work or whether you go to work as one aspect will create dissatisfaction” — work or upbringing of the child.
  • Family interference: Having to take help from family, allowing family interference, often becomes necessary to address varying needs of the child.

Parenthood is a journey of profound emotional highs and equally real challenges. It’s a balance of selflessness and self-preservation—one that reshapes who you are and how you see the world.

Case Studies on Integrative Therapeutic Healing: Multimodal Psychotherapy in Practice

These case studies explain the types of therapies which I use in my 2-5 hours past life regression therapy with psychoanalytic methods. Most clients take one or two sessions with healing through alpha and theta states to find peace.

People with OCD, BPD, Unipolar Severe Depression require 3-5 sessions. One session gives answers , healing and guidance but deeper healing (3 or more sessions ) gives inner calmness, peace & hope of satisfaction in future.

Therapy feels like normal talking but it the use of technical language which actually reduces anxiety in professional counselling . If your anxiety is reduced, you have been responding to therapy in some form . Reducing anxiety through drugs, alcohol or casual affairs might make you dependent but self review and self healing with guidance makes you independent of addictions.

Healing happens subconsciously after using relaxation methods that slow brain waves as experienced under meditation and  during alpha or theta states of mind , which help in neuroplasticity as the brain rewires itself with guidance to be positive with willingness  ,in an objectively viewed situation.

Case 1: T.K – A 42-Year-Old Anthropologist Battling Bipolar Depression

T.K., a 42-year-old research fellow in anthropology and Ph.D. graduate from Australia, sought therapy in 2018. She underwent two intensive sessions of five hours each, which included six hours of applied psychological interventions and four hours of hypnotherapy. Her symptoms included bipolar mood swings, past trauma from a divorce and abortion, and unresolved emotional pain.

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT was applied to identify antecedents of her depression, revealing significant life stressors including a failed marriage, abortion, and the bipolar disorder pattern.

2. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT helped explore her struggles with emotional regulation and risky behavior, such as procuring an overdose of depression medication by misusing prescriptions.

3. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

This approach was used to help her detach from negative thinking patterns and focus on developing insights and actionable steps forward.

4. Client-Centered Therapy

T.K. was empowered to access her own inner wisdom through a non-directive, supportive dialogue encouraging self-awareness and self-trust.

5. Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt techniques helped explore her early family dynamics through the figure-ground relationship, enhancing her understanding of unresolved conflicts with her parents.

6. Hypnotherapy

Progressive muscle relaxation and alpha-level deepening were used to access the subconscious mind. Due to her atheistic stance, past life regression was avoided, and age regression was the primary method used under hypnosis.

7. Psychodynamic Therapy

During age regression, she accessed painful childhood memories, including a traumatic incident involving her father, which had been deeply repressed. This breakthrough helped reframe her longstanding anger toward her mother.

8. Spirit Releasement Therapy

Following the discovery of her father’s emotional influence even after his death, this method was used to energetically release his presence from her subconscious.

9. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

ABA strategies helped recondition her emotional responses, introducing new positive reinforcers to replace the old trauma-driven behavior patterns.

10. Inner Child Healing

She visualized retrieving her wounded inner child from her father's lap, offering comfort, and reclaiming her sense of safety and dignity.

11. Energy Cord Cutting

This method facilitated emotional detachment from past lovers and parents, enabling her to delete painful memory associations and install new, empowering beliefs.

12. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP techniques helped restructure limiting beliefs and install value systems more aligned with emotional freedom and psychological well-being.

Outcome:
Her Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score dropped dramatically from 38 to 12, in 3 sessions (9 hours therapy) indicating successful resolution of core emotional pain.

Case 2: V.B – A 25-Year-Old Postgraduate Struggling With Chronic Depression

In 2019, V.B., a 25-year-old woman with a long history of depression and unsuccessful psychiatric interventions, sought past life regression therapy. She completed 10 sessions of three hours each, combining counseling and hypnotherapy.

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT revealed a pattern of avoidance behavior after completing her master’s degree, leading to stagnation and hopelessness.

2. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT was used to identify how her perceptions of social relationships and family contributed to emotional dysregulation.

3. Gestalt Therapy

This technique clarified the contrast between her own ambitions and the ambitions imposed by her parents, identifying root causes of internal resistance and guilt.

4. Client-Centered Therapy

She was gently guided to discover answers from within her subconscious, helping her feel more in control and validated.

5. Solution-Focused Therapy

Sessions remained goal-oriented, helping her move forward without getting trapped in depressive rumination.

6. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

ABA was used to understand her preferred emotional experiences and redirect her lifestyle goals accordingly.

7. Hypnotherapy and Regression

Using progressive relaxation and alpha deepening, she underwent:

  • Age Regression to process childhood trauma

  • Past Life Regression to uncover karmic patterns tied to unresolved suicides in earlier incarnations

Though initially skeptical, the subconscious narrative provided therapeutic value. Several breakthroughs occurred when viewing her classmate from graduation as a past-life spouse involved in betrayal and emotional pain.

8. Psychodynamic Therapy

Repressed memories of sexual boundary violations during her student years resurfaced. Therapy helped her reframe the guilt she carried and recognize her innocence.

9. Inner Child Healing

She healed a sense of betrayal and abandonment by reclaiming her inner child’s innocence and strength.

10. Spirit Releasement Therapy

Used to clear lingering energetic imprints from past trauma and soul memories, which provided a deep sense of relief after each session.

11. Energy Cord Cutting

This technique helped her detach from toxic emotional ties to friends and lovers who triggered shame or confusion.

12. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP assisted in deleting disempowering memories, reprogramming emotional triggers, and strengthening her self-worth and conscience alignment.

Outcome:
Her BDI score significantly reduced from 48 to 10, indicating a strong return to mental health and stability. She eventually expressed readiness to take a government job, and restart with optimism .

Conclusion

These two case studies demonstrate how a multimodal therapy approach, combining cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, hypnotherapeutic, and energy-based methods, can effectively transform deep-rooted trauma and depression. The structured integration of CBT, DBT, Gestalt, NLP, ABA, energy cord cutting, spirit releasement, and inner child healing can lead to profound healing outcomes, even when conventional therapy has not succeeded.
