Vow Of The Soul


VOW OF THE SOUL


I, as a soul in a human body, am a co-creator of my universe
I realize that I, as the soul, exist in an infinite realm of timelessness. It is only my finite human body, which is limited by zones of time and space, but the energy, the life-force, which drives me, remains eternally.
There is no limit to the number of human bodies which I, as a soul can choose to inhabit to attain my soul purpose.
I, as the Co-creator, seek to increase the brightness of the Creator by accentuating my positive light through transcending negative energy into positive energy while overcoming difficulties
I brighten the light of the SUN by overcoming darkness within me.
I desire victory for God, as I, as the soul is a ray of the light of God.
God represents the light of love, happiness and abundance. I brighten the light of God by feeling happy, bright and radiant, as a reflection of God.
Victory for the soul is to be happy during difficulties, so that the energy of happiness rules over-time, as an expression of positive dimensions ruling over negative dimensions.
The core war of energies is between light and darkness, represented by Love and Fear… God represents love for all. Devil represents fear for all.
I understand that the whole process of evolution is that of mastering consciousness so that I can Love more than Fear.
There is no emotion, be it fear, anger, or love or happiness, which cannot be mastered because emotions are expressions of energies, which can be absorbed or transcended by will
If negative energy exists in my life in the NOW, it can be transformed into positive if I but choose to focus my emotions with awareness that I am co-creating
There is no sin which cannot be forgiven, if I but choose to learn from it.
The Choice to be happy or not to be happy IS MINE and I have the FREE WILL to choose how to be happy by learning the Laws of an ever evolving, vibratory Universe.

NEGATIVE BELIEFS CREATE PROBLEMS IN LIFE

Beliefs are uploaded in the subconscious mind during childhood upbringing or come over from past lives. Beliefs, which are accompanied by strong negative emotions, take root in the mind and get manifested due to repetitive negative thinking which is ingrained with magnetic energy. Negative thoughts club with positive desires like magnets get joined on opposite poles. The negative thoughts repeat as sad feelings of fear or anger or doubts and do not allow the positive feeling to manifest till released systematically by dissolving rules, values and beliefs which prevent the positive from manifesting.
Therefore, it becomes necessary to deactivate negative thinking by deliberate mind control as positive desires, cannot manifest if you have deeply ingrained negative beliefs.

An example of how negative beliefs block creation of wealth & success:
Childhood beliefs run through life automatically and govern your choices of thinking about yourself. When your actions are in conflict with your childhood training, you may not feel successful even if you are more successful when compared with peers.
For example, if you are repeatedly warned in your childhood to work hard or you will not succeed in getting marks; your mind will, subconsciously, take these words as a rule of life.
In adult life, marks are replaced by money. You feel successful if you earn good money in adult life just as you feel successful if you get good marks in childhood.
If you accept this belief as ‘the gospel truth’, but do not work hard by your parents’ definition of working hard and do not earn enough money, you may not feel successful ever in life. The three separate words – ‘’work hard “’and ‘’succeed’’ when repetitively clubbed as one rule, may start operating as a programme in your subconscious mind (SCM...)
Once you associate success with money, but your work does not pay you as much money as you need, then you may feel unsuccessful even if you feel happier. Hence, you may constantly feel stressed that you are not as successful as you could have been. When you involuntarily focus on not succeeding more than you focus on being happy, then the mind will create obstacles in your life so that your problems multiply.
Anything can happen depending on the frequency of the energy you manifest by your fear of failure. Success may come in your life from other people’s perspective of what success means but you may feel unsuccessful if you do not attain money by conventional definitions. Your negative belief that you have to work hard to succeed may prevent you from enjoying success when you are not working as hard or find work which is easy/interesting.
Had the conditioned belief been that ‘Whatever you do with a positive attitude, you will succeed’’, then a positive picture of work would have come in your mind from the beginning.
The film of your life expresses your attitude. You would be likely to succeed if you have believed in your worth and energized a positive emotion more than sadness. Expectations from yourself matter more than action in creating outcomes. If you expect success whenever you work with happiness, you will feel successful because you expect that energy to flow from you. Your subconscious mind will work to help you succeed because you have impressed upon it that you will succeed whenever you are happy.
The soul’s path is such that it can be achieved with feeling good within as the soul seeks to raise its inner frequency as a co-creator.
Had your belief been that “Happiness is Success”, you would have ensured that you feel good while working and would have left jobs which do not give you happiness. Your soul frequency would have risen on a sustained basis had you persistently insisted that you should feel happy while working.
Thus, definitions of success change with soul evolution. As you become advanced as a soul, you associate success with more happiness and peacefulness than just earning money.
However, spirits who stagnate into perpetual negative thinking associate success with money and remain unhappy over lifetimes of progressive devolution with each new phase of life representing more diseases, compromise & emptiness than earlier.

Emotional Energy Management- alignment of mind, body & soul


Emotional energy Management, alignment of energies of body, mind and soul is as necessary to be happy and healthy as financial management is to be wealthy.
As soul energy perceives and co-creates life through emotions , the book is called Emotional energy management . Though most people are unaware of the deep impact of emotions on health, the truth is that negative emotions release energies through hormonal & electric impulses in the body which act like poisonous acid in the body that creates diseases, fears & anxieties, as this book will explain in various degrees.

At the core cycle of creation through which the soul participates as a co-creator of reality, the soul releases emotions by feeling energies that range in frequencies from a variety of positive ,zero and negative experiences.
This core energy of an emotion is emitted vibrationally as an outgoing breath by the body, an electric impulse by the soul and the release of a hormone by the subconscious mind within the body .
The energy of an emotion can be positive or negative in frequency. This happy (positive) or sad (negative) energy passes to different parts of the body through neuro-pathways called as neurological energy circuits.
The energy of each soul that passes into the world as a breath of a negative or positive frequency , is also emitted as a thought of a specific feeling which has a unique vibration . This vibration underlying a feeling, be it positive or negative, influences the energy of overall thinking patterns in individual and mass consciousness.
When unchecked and allowed to grow, negative emotions in the body multiply like weeds in a garden and disrupt smooth functioning of the respective health organs along with corrupting overall mind functioning, as will be elaborated in the book.
More negative feelings create more problems in the world as the energy radiated from each soul is negative and hence, tilts the balance of mass soul consciousness towards the negative. However, if each individual soul makes a deliberate effort to uplift its vibrations to feel positive, the impact of each positive emission of energy on mass consciousness would help reduce problems of the world as a cumulative effect .
However, due to lack of awareness of the impact of emotions on health, peacefulness and evolution , people allow themselves to become sad and thus, fuel negative thoughts which subsequently , increase problems.
Training in emotional /life flow energy management is necessary so that each individual soul deliberately chooses to be happy with awareness of how each feeling which is repetitively focused upon releases energy that influences peacefulness in everyday life and in the world.

Our soul reads emotions as energies. However, our mind labels energies of different frequencies as different emotions. If we were to use the mind’s labels for energies and name emotions, we realize that emotions of positive energy frequency are happiness, contentment, satisfaction, peace, joy, optimism, passion etc. while emotions that radiate negative energy are anger, fear, hurt, guilt, pain, sadness, anxiety etc.
At the individual soul’s level, positive emotions spread hormones to improve health & peacefulness while negative emotions create diseases and anxieties. At the mass/ world level, positive emotions increase harmony, innovation and creativity while negative emotions increase terrorism, aggressiveness and destroy happiness.
A negative emotion can be transcended to a positive emotion by systematically learning how to remove the negative energy component from its energy circuit through redefining beliefs about life, therapeutic healing for changing expectations and deleting negative memories.

Why is Pain Kept Alive?: Principle 3 of The Subconscious Mind


Pain helps you realize your choices are not perfect
If there is imperfection, it’s an indication that the body & soul need attention

Then make changes in thinking that make you feel you are in resonance
For the soul, mind and body need to resonate on the same tuning of emotionality

Whenever an unpleasant situation arises in your life, there is an emotional learning attached to it. The emotional learning entails the opposite feeling of what you don’t want i.e., it is about learning how to manifest what you do want with creating positive vibrations as a co-creator.
The subconscious mind keeps an unpleasant feeling alive till the situation is resolved at the subconscious level such that your positive frequency rises above it. The feeling of drowning in sadness is a negative frequency and is felt deeply till you learn how to swim in turbulent waters by understanding how to feel detached or float positively above the difficulties.
For example, if you feel impatient often, your lesson is patience. Situations, which cause you impatience keep arising till you learn your soul lesson.
In the process of learning your lesson, you work out modified ways to do things and thus, develop new and innovative ways of thinking. For example, aero planes were invented because people found road transport slow and were impatient to find better ways of transport.
So, a negative emotion is valuable because it leads to creation of positive changes in life, overtime.

The worth of an emotion is not measured by whether it feels pleasant or unpleasant but by the outcome it is intended to serve.

Learning Task 10- Experience the Need For Negative Feelings
Part A
Take a deep breath and exhale.
Calm your mind and relax for a few seconds.
Now, think of any situation which causes you stress or the need to feel negative. Which are the emotions involved? For example, you may feel irritation, impatience, helplessness, frustration, suppression, exhaustion, rejection etc. What are the negative impacts of these emotions on your life?

Part B
What are the positive impacts of these emotions? Why are you constantly indulging in them in spite of the stress you feel ? Are the gains greater than the losses? Check on empirical evidence. Does the negative feeling motivate you towards a positive outcome?
For example, does irritation motivate you to work on creating peace in your life? Does a fat body make you feel you are comfortable and can work extra, than with a thin body? Does your financial constraint make you indulge less in harmful addictive habits?
Does frustration motivate you to better organize your life? Does suppression create in you a need to express your inner truth? Does exhaustion motivate you to look after your health? Does rejection motivate you to love yourself more from within? Are you achieving the positive outcome by brooding about the negative feelings?

Part C
What does your life say through empirical evidence viz. the evidence you get from your circumstances? Is the outcome you are intending to achieve by the stress causing behavior being achieved? Are you slowly moving in the direction you desire or are you maintaining an optimal balance or are you moving backwards or away from the happiness you desire?

Part D
Focus: If the intention you are aiming at, is satisfied by your method of working, then you need to stop fighting with yourself and accept the situation as being designed for your highest good by your soul mind. Developing this vibration of being neutral towards a difficult situation is called SURRENDER to a higher consciousness in religious texts.
On the other hand, if the intention you aim at is not being satisfied by the outcome you are getting, then either you need to change your thinking or your method of working. The stress may be there because you are not happy with the outcome, or you are in a hurry to achieve something which takes more time. Remove the extra focus on the negative feelings so that the situation motivates you without destroying your inner peace.
For example, fire is needed to ignite a stove but burns food if used callously. Similarly, negative thinking is needed to ignite a positive desire but burns happiness, if indulged in randomly.




The mind is like a jungle if unkempt,
It grows weeds if left free to think
You run after money or fame meaninglessly or you drown in sorrow in un-measurable quantities
Before the body gets diseased & the soul depressed
Tune your mind to stay aligned to positivity in meaningfulness while making choices of how to live

Hypnotherapist is not a Tantrik- Bullying / beating is not used in hypnotherapy




Hypnotherapy is a logical process of accessing the subconscious mind for solving problems. The ways we do it is not mesmerism. It is a process of meditation but its technical not usual meditation. It takes regular practice, meditation, dedication , time and energy to be a good healer.


Chronic diseases, pains and problems arise from the release of negative hormones in the body by the subconscious mind that controls the mind, all the limbs and the organs of the body. It removes problems through cleansing the mind from thoughts of others , spirit release, past life therapy, age regression etc . Remote healing like Reiki or Theta healing also uses hypnotherapy as the therapist has to access the subconscious mind for healing .

it is not magic or tantrik work . It requires responsible participation from the client to self heal. IT cannot work by whipping or threatening spirits . Willingness of the client and ability to introspect, detach and meditate are assessed before accepting a client for remote healing or a direct healing session . If spirits are evil, God is called for help and electric violet flame is used for dissolving evil consciousness by taking permission and willingness of the client . Nothing is done if client is not aware or in sleep.

Hypnotherapy helps in accessing the subconscious mind while the person stays awake and in self-control, with the guidance of the therapist. The reasons for all problems can be traced to negative thinking patterns which began in the person’s present life, past life or childhood.
For example, asthma is caused if you have drowned or poisoned in a past life and your throat feels choked. The same problem occurs in present life whenever you feel that you are being suppressed and are not allowed a free voice or expression. Research has found that a disease develops in 7 years of negatively focusing upon a problem mentally.

Another example is diabetes which occurs when a person blames the self or feels bad about the self for seven years or more, Cancer occurs when the person feels angry and helpless about his circumstances for 7 years or more etc.
Through hypnotherapy, several people have been healed of chronic problems which had unknown causes but the cause could be traced back through a hypnotherapy session, which led to a cure along with using Reiki, NLP etc. Inner guidance comes from the subconscious mind on how to change thinking patterns and the energy of the pain area is healed with the help of Soul Energy healing methods that are activated by the person himself or herself during a session of hypnotherapy or self -hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy can be combined with medicines, physiotherapy, yoga , naturopathy treatment and self-meditation. All sessions lead top some mind development exercises which have to be practiced on the self after the session. Cure happens in 2 to 6 months and usually appears to be miraculous, but is based on a logical method of energy healing that is facilitated by hypnotherapy.

THE PURPOSE OF LIFE







This chapter is an excerpt from the book IN SEARCH OF HAPPINESS


The life-plan encodes a purpose of life and all the circumstances are planned such that the soul has an opportunity to make choices in order to achieve its purpose of life. However, the life-plan is a map and the soul can choose between several roads to reach its destination. It is made at the level of feelings and encodes only energy movements, not the physical choices

The soul after incarnating does not remember that it has made a life-plan or has a life purpose as it seeks to learn by experience. It makes choices on the physical plane to find happiness but it can find happiness only when it chooses emotional experiences in alignment with what it plans to achieve as part of its soul evolution purpose. Positive feelings have to rise more than negative feelings on an average so that the energy of soul frequency becomes brighter in tune with its evolutionary goals.
If the soul becomes more negative than positive in pursuit of external gratification, it may lose its original positivity and weaken in health, optimism and creativity; as it loses positive energy connection with wires of the creator. By clogging of negative energies, the soul becomes insignificant as negative feelings start ruling the mind. Happiness reduces as the soul loses sight of the destination planned in the life-plan. Negative feelings devolve soul frequency and a focus on remaining sad, sick or compromised increases feeling of helplessness while reducing ability of co-creation.
The life-plan decides the circumstances, difficulties and challenges, the soul would encounter while seeking to realize its desires. If our soul makes the right choices while overcoming the negativities encountered, we would feel more positive with each new phase of life.
But if our levels of disease or depression increase, then it means that we are making the wrong choices as we are being unable to convert the negative energies into positive energies.

When we are unable to feel at peace, healthy or happy, we move away from the positive frequencies of the Creator instead of moving closer. We therefore, fail in our lessons of evolution. If we fail to overcome focusing on sadness consistently, we are unsuccessful in evolving to a higher positive soul frequency. Feeling sad or sick prevents us from achieving a positive vibration at the point of death. So, we die feeling unhappy and need to live another life for learning the same life lessons. The purpose of life is achieved only when the soul evolves to feeling happier, healthier and wiser as a co-creator.

The main life purpose is the primary emotional experience which the soul has to create to find happiness in its life. The primary life purpose entails several secondary purposes like learning to love, overcoming anger, developing compassion, learning to balance work and family, overcoming cruelty etc. Each purpose of life can be achieved only by mastering the soul lessons associated with it.

These soul lessons are like different subjects a student has to learn to pass a grade like English, history, science etc. to be able to go to a higher level class. The life-plan is made such that the soul keeps encountering instances where it has to apply its soul lessons.

For example, the soul may want to learn to master the lesson of patience in one life-time. Therefore, it would make a life-plan in which circumstances are created where she repeatedly encounters impatience and is forced to develop patience.

To illustrate - if learning patience is the main soul lesson chosen, then the soul’s main challenge would be to defeat impatience from making it feel negative or leave the path of happiness.

The life-plan would be made to ensure that the lesson of patience comes up in all aspects of his life. So, he may have interruptions in his career more than other people whose lesson is not patience. In his business, his work force may be difficult or his machines may break down often. Because of his plan of learning, he may have difficult kids as well who cause him delays. Additionally, he may meet the red light very often on the road while hurrying to make up for lost time. He may be born with a tendency of obesity so that he has to apply patience to exercise and slim down.

As a soul, he plans difficulties because he has to learn to apply patience. If everything was happening perfectly, there would not be any need to apply patience and he would not be able to learn this soul lesson. The person is forced to suffer the negative energy of impatience repeatedly till he masters it and transcends it to patience, an energy of a higher detached, positive frequency.

Detachment and patience are energies needed to be happy though running the rat race is more glorified as a route to success in today’s society, but material success only provides security to the body seeking shelter from rain or drought, not emotional contentment or happiness. If the person pursues the right actions with patience, his contentment would increase overtime but the person driven to pursue success blindly may become materially successful by pursuing money blindly wherein his sadness would rise and the soul’s purpose of incarnation would remain unfinished, as its spirit vibrations would lower. He would think of struggle often as a spirit trapped in a helpless animal’s consciousness and he would hence, become negative in soul frequency as a helpless animal frequency is automatically lower compared to human frequency .
An impatient person would feel more lost than happy, not feel respected and would not be able to create positive energy with his success, for himself or others. His anxieties and disease would increase by sacrificing his positivity such that he would wait for death as a solution to his problems. However, death will not release the energies of impatience automatically and they would continue to the next life. It is only when the person learns detachment by choice, that his anxiety would dissolute in energy. By acquiring patience, he would he be able to achieve his goals and feel respected from within.

But, the negative energy of impatience is not easy to master. It would keep pulling the person’s mind in the opposite direction, and make him act against the soul plan. In this process of a tussle between the negative and the positive, this person may become impatient and choose short-cuts to success and power. Thus, he may start using wrong means of making money, exploit his work-force, become a criminal, and even abusive towards his children.
By choosing actions which create negative energy, the soul would create negative karma for itself. To find happiness, it would have to pay a karmic debt to the souls it harms in order to neutralize the negative energy it created.

God represents uplifted Consciousness not a Warlord


In the rat race to succeed, happiness is usually left far behind as we
choose to be like rats running after cheese than peace, forgetting
that we have evolved above being just animals.
As long as we stay limited to thinking that buying external objects
of comfort and security would ensure our happiness, we would
somewhere fail to evolve above our animal ancestors who were
purely focused on the external gratification of their bodily needs.
Due to the empirical evidence available, we can’t blindly follow the
methods of pursuing happiness which have been founded by our
ancestors, because our history does not prove that humanity has led
an emotionally successful existence. Instead of finding peace, health
or happiness, with our comfort levels rising on the physical plane;
our levels of stress, tension, loneliness, diseases and depressions
have risen, over the centuries.
It may seem daunting to change our conventional methods of
thinking. Yet, the established route of finding happiness, focuses
more on the negative, than on the positive, aspects of life. But, this
focus on the negative aspect of life, i.e., on what is missing in
comparison with another, virtually, reverses the process of reaching
happiness, individually, or as a whole.
A shift of basic thinking towards focusing more on the positive
aspects of life, than the negative, becomes necessary to reverse the
damage on human thought which a war torn history, has already
caused.
Human thought is influenced by habit and tradition. If we focus on
the energy or feelings underlying our thoughts, we would realize
that we have been thinking the same way over centuries , and
repeatedly manifesting the same emotional experiences, though the
external form of our world has changed.
Thus, swords were replaced by guns and horses by motorbikes but
the underlying intentions still remain the same.
Our traditional role models have been war heroes who killed others
to survive themselves. It may be noted here that on a practical
plane, our role models are not our Gods. That is because we
worship Gods but we do not try to be them.

The Voice of the Soul

Happiness Flows From The Subconscious Mind

Happiness is a subconscious vibration created by a focus on the positive aspects of life. Vibrationally, a positive focus multiplies positive energies over a period of time.
Programming of the subconscious mind happens in moments of deep emotional distress or through conditioned values & beliefs imbibed through popular culture or childhood. (Past lives and spirit attachments also play an important role in healing subconscious programs but these subjects are beyond the scope of this book.)
If the subconscious mind is programmed to focus on the sad aspects of life, you would not be able to feel happy. Your health will also worsen, overtime, as the internal balance of positive and negative hormones in the body would be tilted towards the negative.
Your general established pattern of working, and your belief or disbelief in your own abilities, affects your ability to receive information and process it to manifest positive or negative health vibrations, at each moment of your life.

Energy flows in your body in automated circuits which run in tune with an internal song. In other words, your mind repeats the same feelings as a tune of words over and over again. Your emotional frequency is determined by this fixed mind-set and you keep feeling the same way, repetitively even when your external life changes its course; till you can redirect the automated energy flow in your body through changing your mind-set tuning frequency.
For example, deprivation is a common traditionally conditioned mind program. We are programmed to feel deprived by our parents or teachers or peers from childhood, by a general mass conditioned mind training which insists that focus remains on the missing aspects of life. e.g., my grandmother and mother felt that money was always short in our childhood. That same song kept playing in my ears throughout adult life and I kept feeling money is short whether I lived in India or abroad, was unmarried, married or divorced, went to school, college or worked, had children or taught children, watched television or attended workshops for self-healing. The same background tune created all my life experiences such that money remained short even when earnings improved because expenses rose simultaneously. It took me years to understand that this tune was subconsciously governing my internal feelings and my choices of response.

Happiness is determined by feelings which are the body’s internal response to external situations. You feel sad if you are used to feeling sad in a given situation even if there is no need of feeling sad given the change in context over life. For example, if a child is slapped by an adult, he would feel sad as he is be-littled and too small to respond. But, if an adult is slapped by another adult, the adult does not need to feel suppressed by physical abuse. The automatic internal response of feeling suppressed by a slap or verbal abuse can be redirected to a more self-empowering, rational response with awareness.

For example, with self-confidence, the adult can walk away in anger by assuming that the abuser is a devolved soul or ignore the abuser as a negative, irrelevant entity or slap back to revert back energy exchange or give advice on being peaceful or meditate in a positive vibration when alone, to transmute the negative energy received into positive. (Meditation neutralizes negative energy inside you such that your own frequency rises and you move away from people who make you sad by choosing detachment, automatically.)

But, due to an automated energy circuit in the emotional mind, you are not aware of the changing external environment within your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind only records energy changes and cannot distinguish between past, present and future. The child’s reality remains the same for the subconscious mind unless the adult reprograms himself/herself with the awareness that time has elapsed and s/he is no longer a child, but an adult who is as mentally as big as or bigger than the negative, abusive person.

Your subconscious mind takes its external scenario as the same until it is programmed through self-awareness that the context has changed and it can stop feeling sad in a situation where it felt sad earlier. This carry over particularly happens when a part of your soul gets stuck/frozen as a soul fragment at a point in time, amidst the subconscious energies, due to a moment of intense emotional trauma felt in childhood. If self - awareness does not produce the desired empowerment, it helps to access the densely entangled negative internal energies through self-healing processes like Inner Child Healing, Spirit Release etc. These energy healing processes work quickly in a systematic manner to free the frozen or fearful childhood soul fragments and integrate them back with the adult soul. The process removes irrational insecurities from the mind along with learning of some soul lessons of emotional management.

To Maximize Happiness. Minimize Connected Stress


Stress is a negative energy. Happiness is a positive energy. When we take action in the physical world, we combine stress with happiness. The joy we get from doing any work is its happiness component. The discomfort we undertake while performing the work is its stress component.
Any activity requires both happiness and stress component in the physical world. There can be no work done if we totally focus on happiness or bliss as that is a spirit dimension of existence.
Earth is a physical dimension where negative and positive energies interact to form physical matter. The celestial dimensions are spirit dimensions where positive energy predominates matter. Positive ions are more spread out than negative ions. To form physical matter, air has to turn into solid. Likewise, spirit has to conform to a body. Body is physical matter. Spirit is like air. The spirit has to lower its positive frequency to come in physical body.
While staying in physical body alive, the spirit cannot be as positive as it would be in celestial dimension because physical body is dense. Density requires atoms and molecules to move close to each other which requires magnetism. Magnetism is created by negative thought.
We cannot be completely free of negative thought while staying alive in a body. If we want to be free of negative feelings totally, we have to evolve to being content in a spirit body which stays in high frequency, spirit dimensions where movement of ions is freer and more spaced out.
As the spirit, we do not need food, clothes or cars. Hence, if we want to be like spirits and in complete bliss, we have to also give up desire for physical comforts like saints do.
The job we do, be it drinking water or manufacturing films, creates feelings in us. We feel content and satisfied after drinking water or making a film. The contentment level rises or falls but the feeling essentially remains the same. The energy of contentment varies and makes the experience different for the soul.
If the level if positive contentment is greater than the discomfort endured in doing it, the action leads to creation of happiness. If the discomfort is greater than the joy produced while doing the act, the stress level increases.
We have to ensure that the JOY component of the work being done always remains higher than the DISCOMFORT component for the activity to yield happiness in our lives.
If we allow negative energy of stress to become greater than the positive energy of contentment/happiness, we would lose satisfaction with our own selves and devolve as souls.
Soul evolution means to be happy more than stressed. Stress cannot be avoided but has to be kept minimum even if material comforts are sacrificed in the process. Freedom is in rising to the spirit zones of existence with feeling contentment in heart.
Our health and peace rise when we feel greater joy than stress while doing any job. Our anxiety levels rise and diseases increase if we allow stress to increase and happiness to fall while doing the job. A balance between negative and positive has to be maintained such than positive feeling is on an average, greater than negative feelings but negative can’t be eradicated on Earth as we need magnetism to stay alive.
Hence, this course is meant to help you access methods by which you can minimize stress and maximize your joy which choosing any action. The course intends to provide a balance between desires of materialism and needs of soul ascension by integrating spirituality with psychology.

Hypnotherapy Helps in Healing Depression and Chronic Diseases, Fears and Phobias



Hypnotherapy is a process of accessing the subconscious mind for solving problems. The ways we do it is not mesmerism. It is a process of meditation but its technical not usual meditation.
Chronic diseases, pains and problems arise from the release of negative hormones in the body by the subconscious mind that controls the mind, all the limbs and the organs of the body.

Internal Dominant Focus ( IDF )- Your Key To Happiness









Each person focuses on negative and positive feelings.
As is common knowledge, there is a LAW OF ATTRACTION in the universe that determines the types of energies which you attract in your life.
It is often said that your happiness depends on the law pf attraction as you attract energies of happiness if you vibrate positively and attract positive energies.
However, you have to think positive to vibrate with positivity i.e. your setting of your law of creation has to radiate and multiply energies from a positive nucleus … (In alignment with the law of attraction is the law of Creation and the law of Repetition. The Law of Creation ensures that you focus on some feelings over others depending on the reality that you seek to create in your life, as a co-creator , and the law of repetition ensures that the focus is maintained by your constant repetition of the feelings in your mind that creates the multiplications of the energies of your life force from your nucleus, as a spirit co-creating reality with God . The detailed explanations of these laws are given in my other books)
Your average dominant focus is your INEERNAL DOMINANT FOCUS or IDF. This is your key to happiness as this is your average focus/ IDF can be wither positive or negative. If you have negative past lives or die feeling sad or revengeful in a past life , you are born with a negative IDF and you keep attracting circumstances in your life, from childhood , which make you more negative ,as you will read in the case histories given in this book and my other books . you do not understand why your circumstances seem to be working against you but the reason lies in your past life where you have lived and died with similar feelings and which need to be healed for you to have a positive IDF in the present life.


The IDF is affected thus :

While taking in information from the external world, we only take in information which matches with our internal existing energy frequency, at that specific moment. Just as radio FM catches tunes in alignment with its vibrational frequency, we, catch thought waves in alignment with our energy focus.
The internal energy frequency at any specific moment depends on the dominant feelings we are focusing upon in that moment.
The energy frequency of our body is the frequency of the electric current flowing in our body. The electric current flow in the body is created by the electric impulses which are constantly created as feelings are produced.
These electric impulses/feelings carry an electric charge and have individual frequencies. The positive and negative charges get averaged out and an average is established.
Therefore, the frequency of our body at any one moment is the average frequency of all the electric impulses being produced at that moment. This average frequency is called the internal dominant focus point of the body.
Our dominant focus at any one moment is most influenced by the most dominant electric charge in our body. The most dominant electric charge is that of the most dominant feeling we are focusing on.
Hence, the dominant focus point or the average energy frequency of our body at any one moment is most affected by the most dominant feeling we keep focusing on.
Our dominant focus can be negatively or positively charged depending on which feelings we focus upon more.
At any one moment, we feel either predominantly positive or negative.
Happiness comes in when we are feeling happy for any reason, as energies of like frequencies match each other. Sadness comes in when we feel sad for any reason, about ourselves or others. The energy of sadness attracts more of the same.
Once we decide whether to focus on a positive or negative energy, it becomes our point of INTERNAL DOMINANT FOCUS.
This internal dominant focus is the energy of the most automatic/common feeling being focused upon by us, during every day routine.
The technique of acquiring an automatic/ subconscious, positive Internal Dominant Focus is the key which opens the flow of subsequent energy coming in.
To be happy in life, we have to find ways to internally focus on the energy of happiness, and ignore the negative energies around us as illusory or temporary phases of life, created by a mis-guided use of the laws of vibration.
The process of acquiring a positive IDF can be applied mechanically without any real, physical change in the external scenario. Once the key is applied, the lock opens; meaning that once we start focusing on happiness as a deliberate applied habit, the energy of positive vibrations starts coming up automatically in the body. Even if energies of problems continue to persist, we revert to feeling inwardly positive again and again. We cannot stay sad for long as our subconscious energies pull up our spirits, in tune with the new energy circuit we have energized. Optimism and hope start ruling our senses and our soul strengthens as a co-creator.

As will be discussed in later books, the difficulties pass when we expect them to be illusions created by the mind as challenges to an evolving consciousness. However, if there are chronic health or anxiety problems, alternative healing methods like past life therapy may be needed to shift focus on positive thinking from the subconscious mind, as is explained in appendix 2.


A Negative Model of the World revolves around a Negative Internal Dominant Focus

If we believe the negative energies affecting our life to be reality, and happiness to be an illusion, the same manifests overtime in every area of the world we live in.
Since the soul is the co-creator, the internal focus physically manifests. So, by focusing on negative scenarios, the person, subconsciously makes choices which make him feel more negative about the world he lives in.
For example, if a person feels sad, he believes the world is an unhappy place to live in. The mind gives selective attention to the external reality and picks up those aspects which match with this person’s energy frequencies at the given moment. This person is in a negative frequency because he is predominantly focused on negative aspects of life or low frequency thoughts about self. So, he picks up the negative aspects of the reality happening outside as they match with his internal energy frequency.
Thus, he is pulled, subconsciously, towards reading about traumatic events in newspapers , he comes across other people who are unhappy and he feels blamed even when others are not intending to blame him.
If a person focused on his problems comes across something positive, he may allow himself to feel good for a few moments, but, generally ignores the positive aspect as transitory and lets it go, as an unreal fantasy. He believes expecting goodness and happiness are illusions because his belief is that his reality is negative. He does not pause to think that he perceives his reality as negative because he has been focusing on only the negative aspects of his life.
If a sad person was made to count ten blessings every hour, as a routine, he would find several positive aspects in his life. The only way to come out of feeling sad is to start counting positive aspects of life as a drill done every hour or at least once a day.
However, the person has to choose to be happy before any mind exercise can help. If the person is internally unwilling to believe in happiness, negative energy will keep ruling his senses. Only the dominant focus wins as the determining energy flow. If he chooses to stay focused on his problems, he gives selective importance to only that information which matches with his own internal decisive focus.
After taking in all information from the world, which matches with his internal frequency, he now, thinks that everything in the world is as negative as he believes truly. A focus on problems increases problems as it reconfirms the person’s decision to stay sad. Negative energy adds fuel to the already negative model of the world.
The dominant feelings at any given moment, reflect the person’s current perception of the world and the information taken in re-confirms that existing model of the world.
As a result, for each individual, only that world exists externally, which s/he already feels exists, internally.
When we disagree with something, we feel a resistance in accepting it as a truth. This resistance comes from our energy circuitry, since we subconsciously, try to throw out invasion of any energy, whose frequency does not resonate with our own.


Creation of a Positive Self-image or Identity
A positive self-image can be created by counting our positive qualities instead of focusing on our bad qualities, subconsciously. To feel good about ourselves is necessary to find happiness in our life, as only energies of matching frequencies will stay together.
Positive energy will increase happiness by feeling positive about self, whereas problems will increase by a constant focus on our disabilities.
Initially, a habit of feeling bad about self can be broken by counting ten good things in self as a daily practice. Changing self-identity to positive increases confidence, and helps in being happy as a part of soul ascension.
An identity is defined as the way in which we think about ourselves in comparison with the rest of the world. It is our self-image. E.g. I am fat, I am ugly, I am a failure, I am successful, I am average, I am pretty, I am emotional, I am practical, I am confident, I am beautiful, I am intelligent etc.
Identity depends on internal dominant focus. For example, if a person focuses on a sad feeling, he keeps telling herself/himself constantly - ‘I am sad’. That feeling becomes his/her identity. Overtime, with sustained focus, this person creates a reality where he believes that he is sad/depressed by temperament.
The negative feeling which we focus on becomes our characteristic. Other people refer to us a sad person or an angry person etc., because we think so about ourselves. Our behavior matches our internal dominant choice of focus.
With a negative dominant focus, we notice only that energy within us and around us which confirms our negative self-perspective. Since we pick up information from the world which matches our internal frequency, we are usually able to justify our anguish.
At the external or conscious level of thinking, we think we have to focus on a problematic feeling because external circumstances force us to, whereas, from an energy perspective, it is the other way round.
Subconsciously, we perceive the external circumstances as negative because our internal energy balance is negative.
But our internal energy balance is negative, because at some point in our present or past life, we allowed ourselves to focus extensively on feeling negative. This feeling with the highest energy intensity became our dominant point of internal focus.
For instance, it is possible that a person became fat at some phase of life, but subsequently, his identity became “I am fat “. Then, his over-weight is maintained because of his subconsciously held negative self-concept of himself. He cannot lose weight because he constantly keeps telling himself that he is fat. He subconsciously believes he is fat and moves his energies such that the internal command is obeyed. His balanced state of being in an over-weight position is maintained by his habits. He wants to exercise less and eat more because his energy focus is that he is fat.
Change appears threatening because the internal balance is shaken and there is fear of fall. We become habitual to staying with a given set of problems.

Our identity determines our self-worth, and our ability to ask for happiness.
For example, a person who thinks she is shy would take the world to be an unsafe place where revealing her true nature could be threatening.
This attitude could have developed in childhood or in past lives, when the person had revealed her true nature and been hurt. It is likely that the person perceived hurt at the earlier event, because she was already in a negative emotional state of low energy frequency at that moment. Whatever be the reasons, the person formed a negative image of the world in an intense moment of decision.
Once the decisive self-picture is formed, it continues being reinforced by our focus on it being truthful. We perceive the world as negative because energy intake is governed by an internally set decisive energy balance.
Because s/he is in negative frequency, she accepts only the negative information, as viable, and rejects any positive information about herself, as transitory or unreal. Therefore, when ten people appreciate her, and one person criticizes her, she ignores the praise as unreal and takes the one criticism as the ultimate truth.
A confident person who has a high self-esteem can ask for and expect happiness in life as a justified right; whereas a person with a low self-esteem would accept low quality performance as his/ her destiny.
Hence, our perception of reality varies with our self-image which varies with our choice of internal dominant focus. To be happy in difficulties, we have to change our self-worth to positive by choosing to focus on positive aspects about ourselves.

Arthritis And Depression Are Correlated

A research was conducted in April 2019 (Delhi, India) to find the correlation between patients of arthritis and occurrence of depression, with a perspective of understanding the reasons for the high current trend towards depression. The research aimed to find the link between physical and mental health in terms of how hormones in the body that create diseases are generated and aggravated by mental health problems.

The data and the review of literature suggest that symptoms of arthritis are accompanied by the existence of symptoms of depression. A co-relation score of 0.98 was obtained using Spearman’s correlation method, which is a very high positive score.

A sample of 80 people was taken. Out of the 80 people surveyed, 40 had arthritis (target group) and 40 (control group) did not have arthritis. The results of depression found were 29/40 for arthritis and 15/40 for non -arthritis group. This meant that 29 people out of 40 people who had depression had arthritis also while 15 people out of 40 people who had depression did not have arthritis or any chronic disease. This research indicated that a person who had arthritis was twice as likely to have depression as a person who did not have arthritis. The mean (average) of the population with arthritis is 17.8(with standard deviation 10.68) and the mean score of depression in the population without arthritis is 12.2 (with standard deviation 22.3). The scores indicate that on an average, a patient with arthritis is more prone to depression than a patient who does not have arthritis. The difference in standard deviation on the two scores indicates that the deviation from the mean is approximately double in patients without arthritis than in patients with arthritis. This implies that reason for depression in patients of arthritis is more predictable as linked to the disease, while reasons for depression in patients without arthritis is more unpredictable, as being linked to several other factors.


The correlation was between pain in the body and occurrence of depression. The number of people who had arthritis and depression were almost double the number of people who did not have arthritis but had depression. The cure of arthris could be improvised by simultaneously addressing depression.

It could not be proved that a causal relationship exists between arthritis and depression in this research as there was no correlation found between higher levels of pain and higher degrees of depression. Some people who had extreme pain did report a high degree of depression. But there were other people who were virtually bed -ridden in the hospital but did not report a high degree of depression. They were mildly depressed and largely reconciled to fate.

Depression was high in cases where there was hope of change but helplessness that the change was not happening at the speed at which it was desired. For example, there was lady whose son was an alcoholic. She had got him forcibly married in the hope that he would leave substance abuse. But the problems had worsened as he refused to accept his wife. She felt helpless in joining the couple together. He did not love his wife and she was not getting pregnant.
According to the scientific theory of how neural impulses activate pain in the subconscious mind. it is proved that a physical pain in a specific organ is created by the subconscious mind by focusing on feeling helpless about the function of that specific organ for a period of seven years. For example, if you have an irritable bowel syndrome, it manifest if you have been consistently focusing on some feeling of irritability in your life and feeling helpless about it for seven years. The exact time of manifestation can vary but it is prolonged exposure to a specific negative emotion which creates a specific illness in the body.
There was another lady whose children were settled abroad and she could not meet them. She had pain in the knee joint and moderate depression. This again was a situation where she could not join her children. Helpless in feeling that you are unable to join two segments together as this lady was feeling helpless in joining together the heart of her son with the productive cycle, she developed joint pain in the exact body organ between the heart and the sexual organ viz. the waist.
Though there are several reasons for waist pain in older women already proven. Yet, the inability of medicine in healing the pain indicates to the fact that the underlying cause of a disease maybe emotional deprivation which manifests as physical deprivation in the body.
In another case, the person was in financial difficulties and could not join a career of writing which he would have liked to pursue if there were no financial problems. He had arthritis of the fingers, again a joints problem. This person said he had no depression and all his scores were reported low, though he looked sad.
There were several people who were constantly defeating the pain by asking themselves to stay positive and saying that everything is okay. This deliberate focus on positive thinking reduced their depression scores substantially. Even so, systematic training in desensitization and self-monitoring methods would help in reducing pain on an actual level by release of positive hormone from the subconscious mind.
According to Dr. Mercola, Emotions are Energy in Motion. He writes in his article that every emotion has vibrational energy. The article says that
“According to Dr. Nelson, when you feel an emotion, what you’re really sensing is the vibration of a particular energy. Similarly, Tolman suggests thinking of emotion as “energy movement.”
Each emotion has its own vibratory signature, and when intense emotions are felt, they can become trapped in your body, much like a ball of energy.
These “balls of energy” can become lodged just about anywhere in your body, where they can then cause disruptions in your body’s energy system, which underlies your physical system much like an invisible matrix.
Your body is both biochemical and biophysical, and disruptions in your field of energy will eventually result in physical dysfunction. It’s interesting to note that certain emotions are known to be associated with pain in certain regions of your body, even though science cannot give an explanation for why.
For example, those suffering from depression will often experience chest pains, even when there’s nothing physically wrong with their heart. Extreme grief can also have a devastating impact—not for nothing is the saying that someone “died from a broken heart.” In the days after losing a loved one, your risk of suffering a heart attack shoots up by 21 times!”
The article goes onto say that the body is made of pure energy. “Thinking of your body as a conglomerate of densely packed energies rather than material cells will also help you understand that an important factor in the root cause of disease is really inharmonious activity at the energetic, subatomic level.
Stress is one major factor that can produce significant amounts of chaos at this underlying energetic level, which is likely why removing stress has such a positive influence on health.
The American Medical Association (AMA) states 80 percent of all health problems are stress related, and even the conservative Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has stated that 85 percent of all diseases appear to have an emotional element.
The classic definition of stress is “any real or imagined threat, and your body’s response to it.” Research has shown that your body’s natural stress response can have a significant impact on everything from immune function and brain chemistry, to blood sugar levels, hormonal balance, and much more.
For example, researchers have found that ruminating on a stressful incident will increase the levels of C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation, in your body.
And, as note the emotions associated with living in a “state of emergency” all the time—which is what happens when you’re chronically stressed—are anger, aggression, hatred, fear, prejudice, anxiety, insecurity, hopelessness, and other negative states that feed the energetic chaos that manifests as physical pain and disease.
All of these emotions, which we consider to be part of our conscious reality, are derived or produced by stress chemicals.

Evolution of Education - From Animal Mindset to a Human Mindset

This is an excerpt from book ; SPIRITUALITY IN EDUCATION - REDEFINE SUCCESS AS RISING PEACE, OPTIMISM & HAPPINESS Education represents the development of human life over animal life, and is the most important factor which distinguishes human beings from animals. Animals often feel helpless against circumstances because their brain is less developed, unlike the human brain. Animals cannot grow resources as they live only in the present moment and have no future visions, no ability to abstract words from pictures or analyze in logical or abstract steps. Animals cannot reason about the WHYs or think of the HOW's. Since, animals cannot read or write or imagine/ co-create abundance, animals have genuine fears of survival. Hence, animals are justified in racing for survival and killing for competition for reasons such as fear, food or self-defense. However, human beings are not justified in becoming competitively brutal, racing for money or using violence because their minds have the capacity to create more. Human beings can sustain the body without using rudimentary methods of survival as the animals use. The development of literacy represents the complexifying of human existence over animal existence in all areas of life. Literacy has improved life associated with survival, production of resources, money, counting, exchange of goods and services, creating technology, inventions, and has also, led to increased development of the creative brain in areas other than the concept of surviving in the animal world. The spread of education has facilitated spiritual development of the brain and manifested portals of expression such as painting, dance, music, evolution of relationships, literature, history, geography etc. However, though, education has evolved technology, it has remained primitive by intention and animal-like in its execution. The stress on competition, scarcity consciousness and compromising in fear for survival has had negative effects on general peacefulness in society. The development of literacy has not been not able to neutralize the need to overpower others by increasing optimism, compassion and peacefulness more than the need for negative thinking and helplessness. The present debate is between the opposing thinking patterns of a survival consciousness and an evolutionarily higher abundance consciousness which has a higher positive thought frequency. Positive thinking seeks to spread education such that the negative effects of competition are transcended by a focus on abundance & benefits of human life over animal life with the understanding that animal-like needs of violence and competition are harmful and reduce spread of happiness in human terms. The evolution of education should be such that it aids in development of peace in the minds of people by facilitating peacefulness in individual consciousness which aids in spreading of happiness as an energy flowing from one to several, in mass consciousness. This requires an understanding of the factors which led to the initial expansion of education and realizing that those circumstances no longer hold true, with deliberate awareness. Evolutionary History of Education Charles Darwin’s research as published in his book “ The Origin Of Species “ , propagated the theory of Survival of the Fittest , which suggests that animals survive in the jungles by killing and defeating others less capable than the fittest. Animals killed because they depended on scarce resources. If you did not kill as an animal, you were amongst those who were eaten. Competition evolved as a tool of survival because animals genuinely needed to develop competitive fighting skills to survive. However, due to the repetitive energy cycles which govern all energy movement in the universe, these dominant thought cycles continued to repeat though external circumstances kept changing as humans evolved from animals. Human beings continued to believe in the illusion that if you are not a winner, you would be a victim without any genuine cause. Though, there was no animal-like associated helplessness arising from an inability to grow resources, definitions of success and power were blindly carried over from the animal mind-set. Success in the animal world, came from defeating others because resources were not enough for all; and they could not grow resources as human beings could; but success in the human world was falsely assumed to be that which came from defeating others wherein scarcity was artificially created for fun or learning. Just as power in the animal world was equated with violence and killing, power in the human world was defined by emotional bullying/ killing of the optimistic human spirit. . Therefore, success and power in the human world, as blindly imitated from the animal world, were defined by a survival instinct and not by an increase in inner peace or happiness. Thus, it came about that, as human beings advanced from animals, their bodies evolved but the thinking patterns remained stuck at rudimentary energy cycles where the belief was that ‘you have to competitively crush others to dominate ‘.It was firmly believed that competition was necessary to survive as it had been when human ancestors were animals. Hence, though teeth were replaced by guns as the brain evolved from being animal-like to human-like, the technological improvement did not erase the primitive need to kill to survive. The concept of the ‘enemy ‘and ‘a need to kill another’s spirit to survive oneself’ continued to be accepted as gospel. This crux of fear based thinking has not changed though human civilization has evolved technologically. A vicious circle of scarcity and competition has resulted as a circuitous chain of evolution. Circumstances of life manifest in alignment with dominant thinking cycles. Since there was a belief in scarcity of resources, it manifested such that human beings genuinely feel trapped in cycles of scarcity wherein the scarcity is inappropriately advertised by excessive focus on comfort, greed, deprivation, fear, poverty, future dangers and traditional criteria of right & wrong. Usually, individual consciousness is ruled over by mass consciousness and we allow others to decide how life should be.

Purpose Of The Soul

By an alternate interpretation of reality is meant the perspective of reality which affects the purpose of our soul. We start with the understanding that we are, essentially souls in human bodies. As souls, we plan our lives, before incarnating for achieving a purpose. The reality of life which affects the purpose of our soul is bound to be different than when viewed from the perspective of the body because our soul lives eternally. The soul views time in a continuum unlike our rational mind that is governed by limitations of the finite body which dies. A physical body is like a house that the soul chooses to inhabit for the period of a life-time. The soul realizes that if one body dies, it can reincarnate in another body and continue on its journey of evolution. It is said that souls pass through different life-times as airplanes pass through skies. Each life experience is meant to help the soul reach a higher dimension of positive consciousness. Difficulties come in more complex ways, as the soul advances. In animal bodies, our main struggle is of physical, existential survival. But, in more complex human bodies, quality of the term “Survival” incorporates being happy, healthy and sheltered. Positive evolution to a higher dimension of consciousness incorporates survival in terms of emotional happiness, as well, as good physical health. In human bodies of different kinds, colors, religions, creeds and genres, the soul plans a variety of difficult experiences, overcoming which help its consciousness evolve to being happy in several, unique ways. One life for the soul is just like one step in its ladder of evolution. The difficulties which seem fatalistically real when viewed from the vision of limited time and space of one life-time, appear as temporary challenges to be overcome when viewed from the perspective of our eternal soul.

I, as a soul in a human body, am a co-creator of my universe I realize that I, as the soul, exist in an infinite realm of timelessness. It is only my finite human body, which is limited by zones of time and space, but the energy, the life-force, which drives me, remains eternally. There is no limit to the number of human bodies which I, as a soul can choose to inhabit to attain my soul purpose. I, as the Co-creator, seek to increase the brightness of the Creator by accentuating my positive light through transcending negative energy into positive energy while overcoming difficulties I brighten the light of the SUN by overcoming darkness within me. I desire victory for God, as I, as the soul is a ray of the light of God. God represents the light of love, happiness and abundance. I brighten the light of God by feeling happy, bright and radiant, as a reflection of God. Victory for the soul is to be happy during difficulties, so that the energy of happiness rules over-time, as an expression of positive dimensions ruling over negative dimensions. The core war of energies is between light and darkness, represented by Love and Fear… God represents love for all. Devil represents fear for all. I understand that the whole process of evolution is that of mastering consciousness so that I can Love more than Fear. There is no emotion, be it fear, anger, or love or happiness, which cannot be mastered because emotions are expressions of energies, which can be absorbed or transcended by will If negative energy exists in my life in the NOW, it can be transformed into positive if I but choose to focus my emotions with awareness that I am co-creating There is no sin which cannot be forgiven, if I but choose to learn from it. Reality - Absolute vs. Illusion

All thoughts are not your own till you become aware , Once you take control, you hold your seat in your own space, You allow thoughts to come as visitors, talk and go away., But you make the final choices which vibrations you want your life to be ruled by .....
There is nothing called absolute reality, as reality is only a matter of perception which is formed by a person’s internal dominant focus. For each person, reality is that which resonates with his own internal energies.

Practically, this means that we lay emphasis on some aspects of the external world and ignore the rest. We lay emphasis on those aspects which match with our belief about ourselves and the world. Because of the energy resonance factor, there is no belief, expectation or value-system which can be proven totally right or wrong, because what is absolutely right from one perspective may be outrageously wrong from another, depending on where each energy resonates.

When we understand this concept fully, we would realize that there is actually no room for disagreements, arguments or even wars ; because each of us speaks from a different model of the world, which depends on each one’s upbringing, environment, socio-cultural heritage, values and beliefs carried over from childhood and past lives, and several other such factors which make up the identity of an individual. If there are 7 billion people in the world, each one would have a different point of focus, and hence a different perception of reality.

Reality for one would vary from what it is for another, because it is not the external physical map which affects our perception of reality, or impacts our internal feelings; but it is our existing internal emotional state of mind which determines the kind of energy/information we take in from the external world. In tune with the fact that our mind only picks up that information from the environment whose frequency matches with its own internal frequency, there is a law in the universe called the Law of Attraction , which essentially states that ’like attracts like’. Several books are available on the Law of Attraction. Hence, it has not been covered in this book, per se, though the concepts which have developed in this book are built upon the Law of Attraction. The facts about life which we believe to be real form the basis of our future beliefs and expectations, just as our past beliefs created our present. Therefore, we have to be careful and aware of our present point of dominant focus of feelings to know how we would feel in the future. Usually, the negative feeling comes as a ‘Don’t Want’. For example - ‘I don’t want to be poor’ or ‘I don’t want to be fat’ or ‘I don’t want to feel humiliated’ etc...

The specific soul urge or soul lesson involved is the opposite of the ‘Don’t Want’. It is the WANT or the desire involved. The aim of the soul behind experiencing the negative feeling is to create the positive feeling which the person would want to experience to overcome the negativity. The positive feeling gets created by a persistent focus on the desire or the outcome which the person wants to manifest. As will be explained in detail in the next chapter, for manifestation to happen the focus of the mind has to be on ‘I want…., I desire….’ rather than on the opposite of it. The learning of the soul lesson entails preventing the mind from drifting to the negative. Overcoming the negative is possible only when you do not focus on the feeling which you do not like to experience, so that you do not energize or reinforce its further manifestation in your life. For example, a lack of feeling respected can only be overcome by focusing on feeling respected, internally. The specific soul urge involved when you feel disrespected is to find ways to love and respect yourself. Unless you create the positive energy of being respected in your mind, you would not be able to attract it from the external world.

If you focus on the ‘Don’t want disrespect’, you would create more of the same till you shift to focusing on what you want. In other words, if you keep feeling that you don’t want to feel that you are not worthy of respect, then you would attract more of the same negative feeling in your life by a continuous focus on not feeling respected. You would get respect only when you start focusing on feeling that you are respected, even if that requires that you ignore the external reality and just energize the feelings of being respected in positive visualizations. As you keep focusing on feeling respected in your mind, your internal dominant focus would change. Overtime, because of shifts in subconscious beliefs, you would start perceiving and doing things differently, so that you get the respect you deserve, as being YOU, and not what you may have become because of negative external circumstances. As we discussed in chapter 1, your internal dominant focus determines the information you take in from the external world. Till your internal focus is negative, you would keep taking in negative information about yourself from the external world. For instance, if you don’t feel respected from other people, it is often because you do not give value to your own contribution. You allow other people’s negative opinions to affect you, because they coincide with your own negative opinion of yourself, subconsciously. When your own body language reflects self-respect, others approach you with respect because what you perceive outside is a reflection of what you believe in internally, as discussed in chapter 2 of the book .

(Human communication is affected only 7 % by words. 66% impact of communication is through body language and 27 % is through tonality.) You will only perceive that frequency in the external world which matches with your own internal energy frequency, and ignore the rest as insignificant. The negative feeling would stop bothering you if you find out why you do not respect yourself and find ways to change your beliefs so that you can respect yourself. (Here, addressing negative belief patterns, childhood traumatic issues and past life issues may help you understand yourself better.) Like, if you are a home-maker and feel disrespected, the lesson may be to find the intrinsic monetary value of your own contribution. Such a soul plan could be karmic where the soul wants to learn to respect work which is not paid financially, probably, because in a previous life, it disrespected people who did not bring in money. On the other hand, if you are a mafia don and feel disrespected, the soul lesson may involve changing your profession to one which creates, on an average, more positive energy than negative. The soul plan for overcoming feeling disrespected, could be to learn to detach from the present situation and move to another situation where you do feel respected. Leaving a present profession for another one may entail discarding those old values, beliefs and people which had made you choose to stay in a place, where you feel negative about yourself. When you discard redundant values, you may not feel so helpless about having to do work which you don’t want to do. Quitting a position which does not satisfy yourself concept of happiness becomes easier if your inner frequency shifts to positive, by choice.

The lesson of respect, usually, always involves getting detached from an inflated or deflated self ego, which depends more on other people's opinion of self than one's own opinion. If you go deep within yourself, you may discover that, as a soul, you are in exactly the position you wished to be in given your soul lessons and what you wanted to master in this life. When it is difficult to find out the root-cause of feeling negative, another way of getting out of the negative situation is to use positive visualization, as a mind control exercise. The negative feeling would get transcended into positive when you can keep feeling, through using positive visualization techniques about how it would be when you get the outcome you desire. If and only if, positive feelings are deliberately focused upon more than negative feelings, they overcome the negative mental currents. The positive energies released help in creating the circumstances, beliefs and resources necessary for the positive to manifest in our life. In this journey of overcoming negative feelings, we develop mental strength, emotional maturity, and find ways to develop more than one choice of response.

HAPPINESS & HEALTH STAY AT POSITIVE THINKING FREQUENCY

To be happy is necessary to be healthy just as being healthy is necessary to be happy. Happiness is a conscious, disciplined choice which requires mind control and thinking with awareness of the feelings being focused upon. Overtime, with a persistent focus on feeling positive, negative energy in the body, is transcended into positive, thus healing the organs of the body. The diseases are dissolved mentally by reducing focusing on dissatisfying aspects, while deliberately focusing on the positive aspects, of life. Reducing focus on the negative aspects of life may necessitate a change of circumstances we live or work in. Or it may involve detaching from the thought pattern which causes us to focus excessively on our sadness . This process of transcending energies is not easy. Mind control is similar to physical exercise and acquiring a habit of positive thinking requires as much effort as slimming down a fat body. People who try to slim down have to stop eating unnecessary food. Similarly, people trying to get back in good health need to stop thinking unnecessary thoughts. To stay positive, several worries and anxieties have to be thrown out as unnecessary visualizations, while the person focuses on being thoughtless mentally in the present. Focus is kept only on necessary actions of life and not on visualizing problems in the future. Just as a slim person eats for NOW and does not hoard food for future periods of hunger, a positive person thinks only about the problems being tackled at the moment and does not worry about the future. The belief is that food and abundance are given by the natural Law of Vibrations in the universe. Usually, patterns of negative thinking are rigidly held by energy circuits in the mind created during previous emotionally traumatic experiences in present or past lives. Regression therapy helps in deciphering the emotional suppression, which could have led to the emergence of the specific pattern of negative thinking in the past, resonating with the energy of a disease. If meditation does not help bring peace, we have to access the subconscious mind to regress a person to find the root cause of a problem. The subconscious mind is like the hard disk of a computer. It has immense storage and processing power. All memories are recorded and can be accessed so that the negative emotions from thee past can be released. The record of our experience and our response mechanism covers data from emotionally intense experiences of our present life, our childhood and our past lives. Memories are stored in files and similar memories are clubbed together as in a computer data-base. Our soul lives eternally, and a past life memory is as relevant for our soul as a present life childhood memory is, for determining our internal dominant focus. When traumatic events are experienced in the past life, they get recorded in a file which stays in our subconscious mind. Events of an emotionally similar nature when encountered in the present life are recorded in the same file due to matching of emotional energy frequencies of the events. Negative emotions of similar kind get clubbed together as an energy cluster in the subconscious mind. We get outbursts of anger or fear as the whole file gets triggered awake in any emotionally traumatic moment of the present life. For example, if we have experienced regular or intense abuse from an authoritative figure (like a parent or teacher) in childhood, we may fear confronting people superior to us as adults. The fear of conflict which comes up before facing an authoritative figure is a result of memories of abuse from our childhood. The fear stored in the subconscious mind, gets triggered awake each time a similar situation occurs from an emotional perspective, though the event encountered externally may appear completely different. ROLE OF REPETITIVE SAD OR ANGRY FEELINGS IN CREATION OF SICKNESS

Every thought has a positive feeling and a negative feeling entailed in it. The outcome of every thought is the average energy frequency of the feeling entailed in the thought. Each thought with a greater positive feeling emits a positive energy frequency and every thought with greater negative feelings emits a negative energy frequency. Positive feelings emit as positive electric impulses from the soul and negative feelings emit negative electric impulses from the soul. Negative electric impulses create energies of unhappiness whereas positive electric impulses create energies of happiness. Our subconscious mind controls the functioning of our body and generates happy feelings, diseases or anxieties automatically in the body, on the basis of whether we choose to focus on the energies of feeling positive or negative, on an average. Positive electric impulses create more positivity in life whereas negative electric impulses create more sadness in life by influencing health, habits, behavior and vibrations attracting external life situations. This co-creation of positive or negative circumstances is subconscious or hidden from the conscious part of the mind. From the rational perspective, the human mind can be said to be divided into two main parts. These two parts are - the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. They are distinguished in terms of levels of awareness at any given moment. The conscious mind is the mind as we are aware of. We know that we have a rational, reasoning, analytical mind. It includes all our conscious processes. Consciously, at any moment we use about 10% of our total mind capacity for handling a given task. Whenever we use our mind for focusing or learning or reasoning or analyzing with conscious awareness of the energies which we are processing, it is the conscious mind we use. For example at this moment, you are consciously aware that you are reading, that you are lying down, sitting or travelling, that you are understanding, that you are wanting to discover more , that you are vibrating with the healing energy of these words, that you are absorbing wisdom of your higher consciousness etc. Yet, at this moment, you are, most probably, not aware of how your breathing is being synchronized in your body, how your blood pressure is maintained, how your heart is functioning, how your body is being balanced in the position that you are sitting in, how your intestines are working etc. You also may not be paying much attention to the touch of your shoes on your feet, of how your clothes feel on your body, or on how your emotional state has been since morning. All this that you are not aware of, at the moment, is being organized by your subconscious mind. The conscious mind makes up for about 10% of the total mind. The remaining 90% of the mind, which maintains our body’s functioning, is the Subconscious Mind. Arthritis and other diseases are created by the subconscious mind. Hence, it is imperative to focus on the functioning of how the subconscious mind creates disease in organs. The subconscious mind is eight-nine times more powerful than the conscious mind. It controls the body’s autonomic nervous system and maintains the normal functioning of all the organs of our body. For example, it maintains our body temperature, our heart beat, repairs damaged tissues etc. When the body organs start malfunctioning as in diseases, pains and aches, the subconscious mind is responsible for the problems.” “Problems are created in the body subconsciously, due to an excessive release of negative hormones in the body by a focus on some negative aspects of life. The problems in the physical body are a physical manifestation of a negative emotional state of mind. Emotions release neural impulses in the body which can be negatively or positively charged. Negative neural impulses created by negative emotions flow in neurological circuits and release negative hormones to the organs. A persistent flow of negative hormones to the organs creates disease in the organs… It takes about seven years of persistent worry about a specific problem in life to create a disease in the organ responsible for that specific function in life. For example, an inability to move onto non-parenting with adult children who are independent leads to arguments on behaviors and values where the older adults feel stuck due to their inability to be flexible in their attitude. This feeling of being stuck in life releases negative emotions in the neural pathways leading to creation of negative neural impulses. The negative neural impulses release negative hormones in the organs responsible for movement viz. the joints. Focusing on a non-rigid attitude to life and being inflexible to changing beliefs often creates rigidity in the knees joints that leads to development of arthritis in older adults. Other diseases also can be traced backwards to their root cause at the emotional level such that it can be found which emotional inflexibility creates which disease in the organs. For example, diabetes occurs when a person feels wronged by his environment. The person typically feels frustrated after a self-imposed, rigorous, unrewarding routine and has a deep desire to rest which s/he ignores. Feelings of guilt, self-reproach and disappointment with the world, continue over a prolonged period of time before physical symptoms begin to develop. A feeling of exhaustion comes due to an emotional conflict between balancing different aspects of life. Body symptoms are created such that insulin (a component of life-force energy) stops flowing adequately to all organs of the body in response to the person feeling that s/he is not doing justice to all aspects of his life. The person eats in an undisciplined manner out of a need for comfort but feels worse because the digestive system cannot take the strain due to deficiency of insulin. In the cure of diabetes, disciplined eating, long walks, acknowledgement of self-achievements and meditation help to regain control of life. Eating less and more frequently is better than taking large meals which stress the body. Deconditioning from a regular eating habit helps because it makes the person feel emotionally free while relaxing the stomach. Meditation without allowing the mind to worry for the allotted time along with self-praise/ acknowledgement of efforts already made by the self, help to reduce harmful effects of negative thinking. But, if the person takes no care to discipline his habits and keeps worrying while meditating or taking medicines, the mind remains stressed and the body feels sick. Negative thinking keeps blocking the flow of positive hormones and reinforcing the physical symptoms of deficiency in the body. Therapy helps in erasing the mind’s habit of guilt and self –reproach by deactivating a negative thinking energy circuit from the subconscious mind while a new energy circuit of positive thinking is installed in its place for regenerating the cellular subconscious programme which ensures an adequate flow of insulin that controls diabetes naturally. Similar to diabetes, other chronic diseases are a physical manifestation of a specific focus on negative feelings underlined in the routine thought processes. Illustrated briefly – Asthma is a result of constantly feeling emotionally suffocated, non-understood and chained. It usually has past lives attached where the person may have died by drowning, poisoning, being suffocated to death in burial etc. Asthma heals by freeing the spirit from feeling breathless by releasing the wounded soul by viewing past life memories and addressing emotionally similar present life problems which make the person trigger awake the energy circuit of memories of death by suffocation. Cancer is caused due to suppressed bitterness which causes uncontrollable fits of rage in the body that overtime, create an uncontrollable growth of negative cancer cells. Helplessness, feelings of defeat and pangs of sadness combined with anger are usually routine thought processes of a person who develops cancer. Removing the energy of helplessness from the mind helps in healing cancer along with Reiki, NLP, spirit release and past life work. Arthritis involves rigidity of thinking and a feeling that one is unable to move ahead in life as desired. This rigidity about definitions of how life should be moving on, may not be just a present life phenomenon. It may also indicate spirt attachments of people who have been unable to move on to ascension after death of the body and remain stuck in the negative thought pattern which they died with. Such people are usually dead relatives of the diseased person, own past life spirits of the person or the spirits of people who s/he may have been in conflict with in past lives. This rigidity in thinking patterns has to be addressed for arthritis to heal. Throat problems reflect an inability to communicate clearly etc. The exact emotional causes of the disease in each person have to be specifically found through therapeutic intervention for the energy circuits of the disease to clear in the subconscious body of the person. If only the physical symptoms are healed, the disease returns in worser forms. By ignoring the soul’s journey over lifetimes, we let ourselves worry about present life problems, but do not realize how suppressed negative feelings harm the body organs like stored up poisonous acid, by consistently releasing negative hormones in the bloodstream. Through therapy and meditation, our subconscious mind can be directed to stop manifesting physical problems by manifesting a shift in thinking patterns. Healing happens through a process which involves transcending the negative energy created in our mind into neutral or positive.
